Bruce Hunnisett
Woodwind Teacher
Bruce graduated from Salford University in 1995 having achieved a First Class BA Hons degree and the Goff Richards Award for best jazz soloist. He has worked professionally as a freelance musician in various musical genres and also formed his own jazz quartet which has toured throughout the UK. He has performed and recorded on clarinet, flute and saxophone in addition to taking on composing and arranging projects.
A keen teacher, Bruce believes that contributing to the musical education of others is an important part of his job as a musician and has been actively involved in teaching since leaving Salford.
