Henshaws Society for Blind People is a charity with the goal of enabling people living with a sight loss to live independent and fulfilling lives. The charity gives expert care, advice and training to anyone affected by sight loss in addition to working with their family, friends and colleagues.

On February 24th, a 5-piece band from the Music Place went to perform at Henshaws' 'Family Fun Day'. We ran a workshop for younger children in the morning followed by an interactive concert in the afternoon, which included lots of participation from the families who use the Henshaws service.
