Here at The Music Place, we’re keen to make sure that potential gets recognized and hard work rewarded. As such, we’re really pleased to be able to announce the introduction of The Val Howells Scholarship Fund, which enables us to reward one of our most promising or hard-working students financial support for a term.
We’re really pleased to be able to name our new scholarship after Lucy’s late mother, Val Howells, who played such an integral role not only in encouraging Lucy’s own musical education and enthusiasm but also providing love and support to The Music Place in its early years. We hope that the Val Howells Scholarship can provide as much support, encouragement and musical love as the lady herself!
