The infamous Music Place Choir has got up to some pretty amazing things in recent years; from festivals and flash mobs to featuring on albums, they’re always up to something enviable. And this week they’ve done it again!

On Thursday evening, our choir was given the opportunity to take part in a musical workshop with world famous pop duo, Hue and Cry! The choir enjoyed work shopping a number of the group’s biggest hits and, as usual, they shined. So much so that, alongside supporting Hue and Cry on Friday night, the band actually asked us to sing with them on stage!

The evening was a huge success and another shining moment for The Music Place Choir! Thanks to the wonderful Clare Morel for bringing her endless enthusiasm and energy to the evening and to Hue and Cry for the music! Finally, thanks to lovely Neil at The Cinnamon Club for all the fantastic events he puts on and gives us the chance to be a part of. Neil organized the Hue and Cry gig after a special request from Clare who said it would be the best thing ever, and it was! Psychic vibes…

Have a lovely week everyone!
