OBOE LESSONS

From first putting your oboe together to preparing to play with an orchestra, our teachers can help you every step of the way!

In your first oboe lesson, your teacher will show you how to put the oboe together and how to hold it in the right position, so that you are able to replicate this when you’re practicing at home. It is a double reed instrument and so your teacher will show you how to make a sound on the reed first before moving to the instrument. It may feel difficult to make a sound at first but after a few weeks it will start to become more comfortable and you’ll be able to play some simple tunes!

Here you can create the content that will be used within the module.
