As you might have heard through the grapevine, a new boutique jazz festival is coming to Altrincham this April and we’re super excited! We’re especially pleased to see a strong Music Place contingent taking to the stage to do what they do best.
The Jazz Voices Festival will take place at The Cinnamon Club from 5th– 7th April, and will showcase nine fantastic acts. Throughout the weekend, you can catch the likes of Ian Shaw, Tom Seals, LYZA, Sara Dowling and Kirsty Tattler. We also hope to drum up lots of lovely Music Place support for singing teacher, Alison Owen, who will take to the stage on 7th April with her band and The Music Place choir! It’s set to be a fantastic performance. As if you need any more encouragement, on the very same day Music Place bass guitar teacher, Huw Jacob, will perform a set of his own songs with full band!
The Jazz Voices Festival is a really exciting new venture and we’re so lucky to have something like this on our doorstep. Find info about the full line up here:
Any opportunity to watch our teachers do their thing is not one to be missed, so grab your tickets!
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
